Are YOU an Anglophone??

Things are well here in Quebec. I am continuing to meet new people and even made some new friends that have absolutly no affiliation to my husband and his friends.... not that there's anything wrong with his friends' or their wives, but it's nice to have my own group....

Ok. So I'm not saying I'm the Mooriah Carey of the communications world, but I do make my living writing/editing/organizing, etc. So my work isn't half bad. Sometimes, I actually get compliments about my work. What I can't stand is when someone critiques my work because they just don't like my choice of words. And with I really can't stand is a francophone doing this to my English piece of work. "Should there be an 's' on the end of that? Oh, there should be? Well, you'd know." YES, I'D KNOW! That's why I put the 's' there in the first place!!! I understand and appreciate edits when I have the information wrong - correct away! But don't question my draft if you don't know 'th' from 'd'.
